Tradewater began as a business plan in 2020 and opened its doors in May 2023 inside the old Ruby Concrete loading dock — a piece of Madisonville history given a second life. We brew on a small system on purpose. Smaller batches mean we can chase the beers we love and still pour something you've never tried.
We use local ingredients whenever we can — grain, hops, even fruit — and we name our beers like they mean something. Because they do.
